It was a year of sleepless nights, hard work, some occurences of failure but not without a few moments of success :) Thank you for that.The world didn’t end, so we could only expect the best this coming year, right? I still have a long way to go as far as i’m concerned… still haven’t been to New York (or London, or Paris for that matter…), still haven’t finished reading A Wind Up Bird Chronicle, and I still can’t seem to perfect my dancing to Gangnam style…This year, I have no resolutions, but simply aspire to become the person I’ve always wanted to be.   6. Over the summer, I set myself up to make a typographic poster project. I asked you to send in your favorite quotes a while back and I want to thank everyone who shared theirs with me (especially those from The Little Prince, one of my favorite books)! In the end, I chose Bre’s: “At rejse er at leve” or “To travel is to live.” because for someone who has moved several places over the course of her life, I can very much relate. So voila! here’s my interpretation of her quote and it’s now on sale at Society 6! Check it out here.

  7. I’m not very fond of collage-making. But I practice it because the process also forces my brain to shut up for once! There is no concept-making involved in this, I tell myself. You’re literally just pushing things around, and the magic just happens on its own. I have yet to unlock this “magic” state but I’ll get there.
