  3. i’m a bit removed from my native tongue, but Up Dharma Down sparked my interest back to original Filipino music. i just discovered them about a week ago, have been listening to them non-stop for the past consecutive days, and i’ve become a loyal fan. the tonality of her voice and the jazzy-indie-rhythimic sounds are so unique to the OPM i was familiar with growing up, it leaves me wanting more.

    it’s just so refreshing to know music like this exists back home.
